Dariah Norwood is the Manager of Energy Strategic Engagement at the Data Center Coalition (DCC), the membership association serving as the voice of the data center industry.

An energy professional with nearly seven years of experience spanning policy, partnerships, and corporate strategy, Dariah has worked across the industry to help advance collaboration and innovation in the energy industry.

Prior to joining DCC, Dariah served as the Strategic Alliances Analyst on the Sustainability team at LyondellBasell, where she helped identify, evaluate, and maintain strategic partnerships to advance the company’s business and environmental goals.

She began her career in the energy sector at National Grid, where she supported policy development, government relations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives focused on clean energy and grid modernization.

Dariah has also gained experience through internships with Apex Clean Energy, a renewable energy start-up, and Duke Energy.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Spelman College, and a Master of Science in Global Affairs with a specialization in Energy and Environmental Policy from New York University.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dariah enjoys exploring art, literature, and travel.
