David Lucey

Mr. Lucey is a Senior Vice President at Digital Realty, focusing on investment activities and government relations. Previously, Mr. Lucey served as Senior Vice President-Portfolio Management. In this role, he was responsible for leasing and overall financial management of the company’s North American assets. Mr. Lucey also served as Managing Director, APAC for Digital Realty, based in Singapore, from June 2022 through December 2022.
Before joining Digital, Mr. Lucey held senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, based in Boston. From January 2009 to January 2016, he was an executive at Pembroke Real Estate, an affiliate of Fidelity Investments, overseeing Pembroke’s U.S. portfolio. Mr. Lucey was a Managing Director of Fidelity Real Estate Group from February 2008 to January 2009. From October 1996 to February 2008, he was a member of Fidelity Investment’s Legal Group, where his last position was Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Mr. Lucey began his career as an attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP.
Mr. Lucey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut, and a Juris Doctor from the Vanderbilt University School of Law.
